The second game of a back-to-back when you've lost the first one is hockey's equivalent of getting right back on the horse that just threw you.  The less time you have to brood about the last game, the better.

Rumor has the NHL '08 game whenever someone tries to match San Jose and Vancouver mysteriously transforming itself into Fists Of Fury.  You might see some huggin' on the ice tonight, but it sure won't be lovin'.  These teams really don't like each other.  Maybe it's that competition to see which comes out first in the hearts of Pacific Northwest hockey fans.

Here's hoping the Sharks can even things up.
