ATTENTION YE WHO ENTER THE FORBIDDEN CREASE

Blakespear_medium

With a spear forged of dragon's tail and wood from King Arthur's round table, the one feared by peasantry across this noble land defends HP Pavilion in the waning seconds of every battle. Many may enter, and while a few may escape intact, no man will be spared the spear of Sir Robert Blake*.

* We like to call it "veteran presence".

Go Sharks.

300 quote in Sharks form

Blake: “This is San Jose!!!!!!”

"Whoever appeals to the law against his fellow man is either a fool or a coward. Whoever cannot take care of themselves without that law is both. For a wounded man shall say to his assailant, 'If I live, I will kill you. If I die, You are forgiven.' Such is the rule of honor." Omerta by Lamb of God

Blake is awesome

yeah, it was a spear. it was right in front of my Sec 121 seats. …. but it was in retaliation for a completely-post-whistle slash from Perry. The Referees were a step behind all game, never really catching the initial penalty. ever.

I also don’t understand why the refs never cleared the ice after the first altercations, which is why the second round between Blake and Perry broke out. poor game management.

Fixed that for you :)

thanks ;-P

yeah the game wouldn’t have been as fun without the last-minute shenanigans. I hadn’t thought about it that way, but two fights for the price of one is a good deal. Maybe their hasty removal of Joe Pavelski at the 15-min mark made them over-cautious?

What’s the NHL record for post-game penalty minutes never served? Blake sure times his infractions well. heehee

I have no idea but the refs were lazy last night. Shelly v Parros was rad too. Blood all over their sweaters.
