Q: “What the hell were the Bruins doing trading you?”
A: “Hey, I thank God everyday I’m out here in Northern California now man. To be honest with ya I couldn’t imagine playing anywhere else now. I love it out here in San Jose. I think I wanna retire out here, I just love our team, I love our organization, but at the time the Bruins just obviously thought they’d be better without me so…thank you! thank you, thank you and thanks for taking me out here”
