Our Russian was the only guy keeping us in this. All the Canadians and Americans were the ones that failed to score (except for Boyle).

Was anyone sitting in section 215 with the stubby lesbian drunk woman who was so totally rude she made my girlfriend cry?
I had to hit her with a “I didn’t pay 70 dollars to hear your commentary, stfu.” and she still didn’t stfu. She just kicked my chair.
It’s so rare to find disrespectful fans in the tank that I was just shocked. Wow. I hope that chick gets struck by lightning.
Someone behind her asked her to sit back in her chair and she said, “This is how you treat people who break their backs while serving your country? You ungrateful prick. Since you’re so disrespectful, I’m going to be a total bitch the entire time.” And she really was. An adult was acting this way.
My girlfriend has a sister with down syndrome, so of course she was totally proud of the teenage kid with downs in our section who went to the cotton candy man himself and purchased his own bag of cotton candy. This bitch then decided to liken people with down syndrome to animals. I swear to god. My girlfriend broke down crying and the broad didn’t let up at all. This was all while announcing to our section several times that she was lesbian and that her “penis was bigger and never goes limp.” and that she wants to give the woman next to her oral sex and “drive her up the wall.” Amongst also chastising the sharks faithful (the older season ticket holders, who I honestly adore.) by calling them all old, boring, geezers.
I’m just so legitimately shocked that I have to ask if you guys have encountered total assholes like this in the shark tank? I usually come to find probably the nicest fans of any bay area team there.
She singlehandedly ruined my girlfriends first Sharks game. I’m steamed.

Sure you could’ve called over an usher and had her thrown out, couldn’t you? I’ve seen drunks thrown out at a preseason game before – couldn’t have taken more than a few minutes to get the attention of an usher and point out this lady to them.

at the very least, they occasionally put the fear of the teal gods in people even if they don’t get thrown out. They can be hard to nab, but in that case I’d have gotten up to find one. She was probably upsetting a lot of folks.
Unfortunately those fans do exists. Thankfully they seem to be relatively few in number right now.

That’s the thing, it wasn’t working. We tried and she just asked the lady like 3 times to sit back in her seat.
That brings me back to another one of her awesome one-liners. “Man, this would be funny if I was totally hammered, but I’m not. I’m 100% sober right now.” Really.
It’s not going to deter me from coming to games, but good lord that was probably the worst fan experience I’ve been through.

I would suggest you write a letter to the Sharks Fan Relations people, and make sure to give detailed (although, censored) account of what happened, including you seat number and if you can, her seat number as well.
They do a good job of taking care of people when dumb stuff like that happens.

The Sharks lost an important game in OT (it may have been the Calgary WCF series), therefore most everyone was shocked and slightly upset. We were all shuffling down the cement steps when a big linebacker-type woman in front of me quickly turns around and barks at me to stop brushing into her or she’ll punch me.
I was completely shocked. As we turned to head down the final flight of steps I tried to give her a wide berth but unfortunately I was bumped into by a couple kids which in turn knocked me back into her ‘wheelhouse’. Next thing I knew a fist went flying PAST my face and connected with my right shoulder. I stumbled and luckily managed to catch myself on the railing before likely tumbling down onto the concourse with a broken neck.
My heart was racing and ‘fright or flight’ kicked in – I jumped in her face to scream “What is wrong with you!?” just as her even larger WWF boyfriend stepped in to shout “You need to calm down and get the hell out of here before you cause anymore trouble”
The Hell??
I should have gone to security, but at that point my immediate reaction was to just run outside and hunker down in the park while I waited for friends to come rescue me. It was an AWFUL experience. The game was upsetting, and it truly sucked to have a couple of mean, nasty ‘Shark fans’ take it out on me. Perfect case of wrong place, wrong time.

There are a lot of great people who frequent the Tank, but there’s certainly a fair number of douchebags as well. Sorry you and your girlfriend had to encounter one.
