This was the first signature victory for this new Sharks team. It wasn't pretty but oh was it effective. To see the contributions of Greiss, Malhotra, and Ortmeyer, tonight and how much better the defense played, gives the Sharks some nice momentum coming home. 

You have got to love the way the stars are playing as well, Patty is playing the best of his career and many nights is the best player on the ice..We have never had a sniper like Heater and he has done nothing so far to disappoint us in any way..Jumbo looks revived with Heater to finish his great passes. 

The team is overcoming injuries and starting to come together..Its a long season and we are lucky to have an entertaining team to watch all year, regardless of the playoff problems..
