Demers sent to Worcester along with Ferriero, Blake and (probably) Setoguchi ready to face Canucks

Not surprised Ferriero was sent down as the shuttle has been active, but Demers comes as somewhat as a surprise. Although, I did call it (sort of) in the Gameday Thread after hearing his total playing time.
