Many of you probably remember the inspirational story of how Jody Shelley (a former Columbus Blue Jacket) spent a good part of his day with a young Columbus fan with terminal cancer. Sadly, that man lost his battle yesterday. I corresponded with Mr. Salmons (the father) shortly after the December game (which showcased Shelley's heart), and you could tell that he was one proud father.
