In terms of pace, this game felt really slow. I didn't feel like I was watching game 1 of the Cup finals. It was a little lacklustre, honestly. It wasn't a terrible game, but just wans't a WOW game. And at the end, both teams looked gassed and like they were trying to save something for tomorrow. If I had been watching that game at home, I might have gotten rather bored. I'm trying to appreciate it for what it was. We won't have hockey on for much longer and I want to enjoy the little of it that is left, but...well...meh.

Here's to a more exciting game 2...tomorrow @ 5
