Should have read fourth line centers. The more alliteration the better.
Fear The Fin: Where Selling Your Soul Is The Likely Solution
Really, honestly, rather have Goc. And at 200,000 less?

I saw this and was like WAHHHHHHH
He signed for super cheap. Good luck in Nashville, Goc! I hope you play well, except those gems when you face the Sharks. Then i hope you just play kinda ok. ;)

Yeah, but he has also spent most of his time in the minors with the Rangers. I think Riss can contribute as a 3rd liner to a team. Back on topic: Gonna miss you Marcel, I remember when he first played against Colorado and scored in his first playoff game.

My point being...
Goc signed for super cheap, especially next to someone playing in the minors paid in the millions.
Oh and a little bit OT but were you born in ’94?

WOW
The contract is an absolute joke…
Nashville Predators President of Hockey Operations/General Manager David Poile announced today that the club has signed free-agent forward Marcel Goc (MAHR-sehl GAWCH) to a one-year, two-way contract worth $550,000 on the NHL level and $105,000 on the AHL level.
Can we return Nichol, please?
Fear the Fin: Where... IMA TAKING UR BLOGZ FRUM U!!
No thanks. Faceoff wins are nice, but not when you can create much offense from them. Goc has a pretty good idea of what he needs to do, but his execution has just never been up to snuff. It’s a bargain for Nashville, but I don’t think many FAs have a ton of wiggle room when it comes to contracts at this point.
Oh, so that's where you edit your signature
But honestly man...
Nichol or Goc on your 4th line? I take Goc. He’s a better skater, as more upside, is younger, and takes fewer penalties.

I see what you're saying here
But I think the Sharks brass stating that sweeping changes would be coming was a nice way of saying we need to be nastier.
For all of Goc’s upside over Nichol, I think it was time for him to move on. When you play 3rd/4th line minutes and you arent contributing points/secondary scoring or getting your team fired up, you are going to get bounced.
I wish only the best for Marcel. I hope his back spasms dont keep him out of playing this season.
