Me: Hey Brad remember that one time you crushed Jordin Tootoo’s face?
Stauby: Yeah…
Me: Yeah that was awesome…

+1,000,000 for the Zissou reference.

Just realized that was a South Park reference. Guess I have Zissou on the brain. It happens from time to time.

I wanted to go but had a schedule conflict…He’s definitely growing to be one of my favorite players.

Rearranging Jordin Tootoo's face seems to have that effect on people.

Fairly unassuming for an NHL heavyweight.

He doesn’t have Jody Shelley’s crazy eyes. Doesn’t have a George Parros’ porno stache. And isn’t crazy huge like The Boogeyman.

I also made a Tootoo reference yesterday. Nice guy. He’s become a hockeyfights legend after that one Tootoo pummeling.

He’s a solid middle weight that needs one more season of AHL time where he can get a bit more hockey sense. If he can learn to drive the net and use his 6’1 – 215 frame, then I think he can be a good 4th liner. He’s a solid fighter who can regulate agitators because he isn’t massive like a Shelley.
