Surprising. But I guess they went with experience first. Not saying I hate the move, but Rob will probably only be here one more year. I'm guessing that Pavelski is the eventual choice, but wasn't ready for it yet. Instead of giving it to Boyle, who would have to have it stripped from him to give to Pavelski, Blake is the stop gap guy. H/T to EvilDucks, who beat me by two minutes with his fanshot.
