It appears McLellan is going to start the season trying the polar opposite of the HTML line strategy used last season. Instead of grouping the best talent available per line, he's going to mix and mash them around and what we end up with is: Marleau – Couture – Heatley McGinn – Thornton – Setoguchi Clowe – Pavelski – Mitchell McLaren – Nichol – McCarthy/Wingels Mayers is still banged up from preseason and McLellan hasn't decided on McCarthy or Wingels yet. In other news, the defense starts with Wallin on the second pairing, no captain news as of yet and no clue who's starting in goal. Oh, and Cheechoo is on a tryout contract in Worcester.
