Selling/Need Tickets? Here's your thread
Lately on Fear The Fin the fanposts have been getting a lot of action from individuals trying to sell their tickets. I think it's a great thing for the community as it allows us to trade tickets for games without going through sites like Stubhub where the middle man gets a cut of the deal. This is strictly a consumer to consumer based marketplace, and that really appeals to me.
However, I don't like the idea of FTF becoming a free for all in the Fanposts, with daily posts concerning tickets dominating the discussion. It detracts from what we're all trying to do here, and frankly, it looks kind of ugly on the sidebar. Sort of like if Michael Berryman and Jocelyn Wildenstein got together and made a baby. The kind of ugly you can't wipe from your poor cerebral cortex even if you had an economy sized bucket of Clorox handy.
In order to combat that, as well as consolidate ticketing information on the site, please use this thread going forward. I'll leave the rest of the Fanposts up for now, but if one gets posted in the future, I'm going to go ahead and delete it after copying the body of the post and posting it as a comment below.
Also, be sure to rec this five times so it gets bumped up into the Recommended section and doesn't need to be republished every three days or so.
Enjoy, and go Sharks.

Michael Berryman and Jocelyn Wildenstein must have haunted your dreams last night.
Good idea for consolidating ticket offers though. On that note, I currently have Waive Kent Huskins 2 tickets to the 11/9 Ducks game reserved, but as I got to see last Saturdays beatdown I figured if anybody else wants to see the Sharks whoop the Ducks I’d give them a chance to go. If your interested contact waive at mattsummer10@gmail.com.

My wife is taking me to Texas for a conference from November 17th – 21st. I can’t go to all of the conference, so I was thinking about renting a car and driving to Dallas for the Sharks game on the 18th. Anyone already attending? Or thinking about going? I don’t have a ticket yet, but would be willing to purchase just about any ticket (within reason) if it annoys the Stars.
Anyone up for a road trip?

They are in section 227, row 4. I can’t remember which seats or the price (sorry!) as I dont’ have the tickets with me at work. I will try to get that info posted tonight if I can get my bloody modem at home to work. I bought 5 tickets, but 2 people can’t go now. So, yes, that means you will have to sit next to me. :) BTW, they are actual physical tickets so exchange arrangements will need to be made.

I’ll definitely hit you or others for some tickets in the future. This is actually a great idea, so I hope it doesn’t die.
Too busy right now to go to games. In fact, my wife has to sell some of the tickets we bought for next week’s game because I don’t think I can go.
Fear the Fin - where Russians are underappreciated.
I’m with Ivano on this. I like this stuff being here. I’m intending to hit people up on here at some point, but I’m at the leanest point of my income for the year right now, so I haven’t been able to act on anything yet.
But I’d definitely rather give my money to FTF folks than someone random on StubHub or Ticketmaster.
Def hope you keep doing this, if I find a time that works for either my GF or my sister I will gladly buy a bunch off you, just sucks because we’re all SUPER busy right now. I have high hopes for near future though

I have a ticket to this Saturday's game.
The ticket is part of the family 4-pack that I bought so you’d have to sit with me and my friends. Ticket is $56. Email me if you’re interested.
I like it. I just bought two tickets for tonight’s Calgary game from waive kent huskins. My only concern would be that non FtFers could start spamming up this thread, but let’s cross that bridge when it comes.
..:Fear The Fin:..
Yeah that's what I was worried about.
I know since a lot of us will pay over PayPal, it kind of worries me to send $100 to people that aren’t entirely “verified”, i.e. people with brand new accounts.. =/
It would be cool to set up some third party system of transfer. Don’t know if FTF has that capability right now though?
It works really well! I sold my tickets to the Sharks v. Chicago 11/24 game
I really like selling through FTF. It’s a nice little community here. I like it that I’m selling to other dedicated fans. I have never believed in selling tix over face value, and I feel secure that the tickets I sold will (probably) not be re-sold at a higher value.
True story: I sold a pair of playoff game A tix last April on craigslist at face value to a guy who claimed to be a Sharks fan, only to find my tickets being resold for $100 more than what I posted them for originally.
SELLING: pair of tix to 11/24 game v. Chicago - $78.00/pair (upper deck)
I’m a 10-pack holder and but won’t be around Thanksgiving week.
The seats are in sec. 208; row 11; seats 3&4. Link to the view from the seats(enter section & row):
http://www.seats3d.com/nhl/san_jose_sharks/
I’m in Berkeley, but I have a paypal account and can do online forwarding of my tix. I can mail them to you if you prefer the hard tickets.
e-mail me: mao2meow@hotmail.com if interested.
p.s. THANKS PLANK!
Yep. The tickets are still available
Let me know via e-mail if you are still interested.
If these are still available
I’ll definitely pick them up. I’ll shoot you an e-mail too, let me know if you get a chance.

Club Seats for 11/11 (tonight!) vs NY Islanders
SEC 109, R15… 2 club seats. Face value is $105.
Other games available at this price as well. Just ask!
Would prefer to sell to the community here than other sites. Asking face value.
Come see the game up down low, and enjoy the options only available on the club level, including a bar right literally 20 steps from my seats, if you are so inclined. In-seat food service also available.
email aaron @ darkalley.net and mention the FTF ad. Thanks for reading!
2 tickets to Columbus game on 11/19
The tickets are in section 205, row 3, $46 each = $92 total. Tickets were bought at the arena, so will meet with you and give you a hard copy. Wish I could go – but likely will be working that day.
I don’t check this thread often, so if you want the tickets, email me at ivanomak @ gmail com

Looking for 6 seats vs Chicago on 12/11
Planning on taking my siblings and my cousins out to their first Sharks game. Looking around face value prices. Only came across tickets that were double’d their value. If they are 3 seats separated but within the same section of each other that would work too.
email me at lambolous47@yahoo.com Thanks =]
Good luck finding six tickets near each other to a popular rival on a weekend. No, really, good luck!

If you can’t go, I can definitely take one off your hands. However, if you just want to sell both of them, I’ll buy both and try to either unload the spare or get someone to come with me. I guess if I can’t get anyone, Jfizzle will get another freebie.
