2. nichol ortmeier and mcginn / malhotra mitchell and couture are the lynchpin tonight. consecutive shifts punding the avs d and keeping them pinned really changed momentum and gave the top lines breathing room.
3. ryan clowe vs adam foote is a GREAT matchup. pavs has a ton of jump to loos pucks, and gooch is once again playing like a bat outta hell.
4. did anyone else feel like not scoring would have killed something important to victory, but scoring sort of hinted at the ability to achieve it?
5. really need to have more movement on the pp, especially that top line- stationary players were too easy for anderson to pick up.
