According to TSN's Bob McKenzie, San Jose has signed RFA Niklas Hjalmarsson to a four year, $14MM offer sheet. Chicago has seven days to match the offer. If they do not, San Jose will owe Chicago a 1st and a 3rd round pick as compensation.
