Here is an article on Willie Mitchell's recovery and some insight on his reason for signing with the Kings. What caught my attention was a quote on how he is looking forward to keeping big offensive names off the the score sheet and he specifically mentions Joe Thornton. Maybe he purposely wanted to play AGAINST our Sharks and that had something to do with his signing in LA? Maybe a bit far fetched but worth the read none the less...
