Different Disciplinary Language

Like many people, I have been watching the suspension videos released by the NHL. Having played soccer for well over 2 decades, I am well acquainted with the subjectivity of refereeing, not to mention players diving all over the place. I applaud the league and especially Brendan Shanahan for releasing these videos that explain suspensions in such a clear way. I'm looking forward to the release of videos that explain non-calls/non-suspensions.

However, I noticed a difference in the latest couple videos as opposed to the first couple.

Here is the first video explaining Pierre-Luc Letourneau-Leblond's suspension:

Here is the most recent video explaining Brendan Smith's suspension:

 Did you catch the difference?

In the first video, Brendan Shanahan said, "I have decided..."

In the second video, he said, "The Department of Player Safety has decided..."

Not sure why the change came, but I think it shows that the NHL is fully behind Brendan Shanahan in how he is dealing with suspensions.

Thoughts?
