Hiller injured tonight, Ducks using AHL callup

I've been watching the Anaheim-Columbus game tonight, and Hiller was knocked out in the first period with a leg or groin injury. Ellis got hurt a few days ago so they have an AHL callup in goal right now with zero NHL experience.

Trading within the division is always risky, so I don't know if a move would end up happening for Nitty or whoever.

That said, is there anyone on the Ducks roster that would fit the Sharks' needs if the Ducks panic and try to acquire a goaltender?

I like Niitty and all, but he ain’t saving that sinking ship. Less need, more want: Getzlaf, Perry, Ryan. Yeah, any of those guys ;)

I’m willing to make a trade to the Ducks if it makes them better this season. Honestly, while it’s taboo for a Sharks fan to root for the Ducks, I really would like to see them win more games and move up in the standings.

Not because I feel bad for the 10 fans that they have. No… rather, I’d like to see them miss out on a “top” pick. Seriously, that’d suck. A lot. Even by Ducks standards.
