That I love this place, been reading for a couple months now, you guys have really helped me better understand the game. I've only been a fan of hockey for going on 2 years now (as my username suggests, I'm from Chicago and was like, whaa? Chicago has a hockey team? when they won the SC) I watched the whole SC series and was hooked on hockey from that point on. When I found out that my Hometown of San Jose had an NHL team, I went nuts. So instead of riding the Blackhawk bandwagon (which you wouldn't believe how many were already on, practically falling off the freakin' wagon) I decided to start watching the Sharks cuz well SJ holds a special place in my heart (cheesy I know but get over it lol) . Anyway, to really make you guys awknowledge how well I understand Hockey because of all you beautiful San Jose folks, Football was my #1 sport since I was a kid and understand it very very well. I can honestly say that my Hockey knowledge surpasses my football and it keeps growing everytime I read the posts on here, especially the advanced stats, kudos on you does those, still don't understand fully, but I'll get there. That's all thanks to you guys. So now that I was finally able to post something, I wil be more active around here cuz well, I love the Sharks!
