Gameday Thread: Sharks vs. Oilers

Stay connected for news and updates

Kelley L Cox-USA TODAY Sports

Boyle's back as the Sharks host the Oilers tonight at the Tank.

After a somewhat disastrous one-game absence (relatively speaking, anyway, the team's still 6-0), Dan Boyle will return to the Sharks lineup tonight against the Oilers. It's also possible Jason Demers joins him for what would be his first game of the 2013 season. Edmonton will be without Shawn Horcoff, which could be a problem as none of their other three centers really has the ability to win a matchup against Joe Thornton. The puck drops at 7:30PM in the Sharks' fifth of a six-game homestand.

Prediction: Sharks 3, Oilers 2. Marleau finally gets his first hat trick of the season. Go Sharks.
