  • We're probably still close to the end but after the deadline for Donald Fehr to file a disclaimer of interest passed without the PA head doing any such thing, the NHL predictably pulled one of the final tricks up its sleeve by reportedly withdrawing parts of its standing proposal. Still, with only a handful of issues like player pensions, contract limits and the 2013-14 salary cap left to decide, this should be over pretty soon. Of course we've heard that one before. [Yahoo!
