Alarmingly lifeless in the Tank right now.

Very good start for the Sharks -- lots of offensive-minded physical play.  Throwing some terrific punishing checks.

Lots of back and forth action.  Sharks need to be better with pick control -- some bad giveaways.

Sharks had some chances on that last power play, but no conversions.

Sharks outshot Stars 10-2, but Dallas had more chances than that.  Overall SJ had slightly the better of play.  They need to start exercising better puck control, and (obviously) start converting on the chances they've been able to create but not complete.

Not much urgency by either team.

After taking the 1-0 lead, the Sharks let Dallas dictate play until they were trailing 2-1.  They picked it up after that, but now need to come from behind in a game that thus far has the feeling of both teams not being all that interested in playing tonight.

Timid with the puck and pass-happy at the same time, too many turnovers, when he does shoot totally inaccurate... bad.  Very bad.

Sharks need to start applying more pressure.  Forecheck has pretty much disappeared.

Very weak effort in OT.  Sharks were indecisive with the puck and unable to maintain control whenever Dallas pressured.  Little surprise they scored with distressing ease.
