World Junior Hockey 2016 schedule: USA takes on Sweden

After picking up a 4-2 victory over Canada in day one of the tournament, Team USA battles another tough customer in Sweden in game two of group play. There are four games in total in day three of World Junior Championships action, with all games scheduled for NHL Network.

Canada is also in action, which means you’ll have another chance to see Sharks prospect Rourke Chartier play for the True North. That game, against Denmark, is slated for 10 a.m. You can expect Canada to pile up on goals against what will likely be a tired Danish side, which means Chartier just might find himself on the score sheet.

Feel free to use this as a gamethread for all the morning’s action. We’ll have a recap of Team USA’s contest and another post detailing how Chartier fares in his second game of the tournament. You can see the full schedule below.
