Update: According to Friend of the Blog Kevin Kurz, Tomas Hertl missed practice as part of a maintenance day...but the forward is questionable for game three. Not particularly reassuring, if you ask me.
...
Tomas Hertl left Sharks practice this morning according to...well, take your pick. He started practice in a track suit, which I think got Evander Kane in trouble last season, and then left the ice shortly after that first tweet was sent.
Johnston later reported Melker Karlsson skated in Hertl's place on the Joe Thornton and Joe Pavelski line. Losing Hertl would leave an enormous hole in the Sharks' lineup — one that drawing Dainius Zubrus back in to the fold wouldn't come close to filling.
I'll update this post when we get more information, but for now...pray to whatever Czech god (Jaromir Jagr) you deem fit. Please be okay, Hertl!
Other notes from Sharks practice...
-If Joe Thornton is feeling the pressure, you wouldn't be able to tell from his quotes this morning.
Joe Thornton looks at massive scrum of reporters in #SJSharks dressing room and cracks: "I'm going to call the fire department."

-Justin Braun was back with the Sharks after attending his father-in-law's funeral following game two.
-Patrick Marleau skated with the Logan Couture line again during practice.
