We’ve got good news and bad news on the injury front from Acquaintance of the Blog Curtis Pashelka. Marc-Edouard Vlasic will make the trip to Alberta to battle the Edmonton Oilers and Calgary Flames. He’ll likely be a gametime decision against the Oilers on Tuesday night.
Vlasic is making the trip to Edmonton, but not Schlemko. Vlasic, it appears, will be a game time decision tomorrow #SJSharks

The bad news? David Schlemko will stay behind in the Bay Area. Vlasic is recovering from taking a puck to the face against the Philadelphia Flyers on Jan. 6 while Schlemko is suffering from an undisclosed upper-body injury. The hot rumor is that it’s shoulder-related, but that has not been confirmed in any sort of an official capacity.
If Vlasic returns to the lineup, we’ll see him play with Justin Braun, Brent Burns with Paul Martin and Brenden Dillon play with either Dylan DeMelo or Mirco Mueller. My guess is we’ll see DeMelo and Dillon reunited as the two have played reasonably well together in the past.
