You can get cheap tickets (and beer) to Barracuda playoff games

The San Jose Barracuda begin the playoffs on Friday against the Stockton Heat and you can be there for just $10 thanks to this sweet link from our pals at the Sharks. If that banging deal wasn’t enough, the Barracuda are also offering $2 beer and $1 hot dogs at both the Friday and Sunday contests.

The Barracuda finished with the best point percentage in the Western Conference and have great odds at making a deep run in the Calder Cup. They exited in the first round a season ago but got some big-time reinforcements this season from San Jose’s junior hockey prospect pool.

San Jose boasts AHL Rookie of the Year Danny O’Regan, Head Coach of the Year Roy Sommer and Goaltender of the Year Troy Grosenick. That sounds like a pretty good recipe for success if you ask me.
