Timo Meier, Kevin Labanc, and all of the San Jose Sharks' 2017 NHL Draft class will participate in the team's summer prospect development camp next week.

The camp, which runs from July 3-7, will offer the Sharks and Barracuda coaching staffs their first look at 2017 draftees Josh Norris, Mario Ferraro, Scott Reedy, Jacob McGrew, Sasha Chmelevski, and Ivan Chekhovich, plus recent free agent signings Radim Simek and Filip Sandberg. The Sharks also invited Macauley Carson, Sean Dhooghe, Ryan Dmowski, Finn Evans, Zach Frye, Parker Gahagen, Mark Kastelic, Matt Marcinew, Alex Rauter, and Alexander True on tryouts.

Danny O'Regan and Joakim Ryan will not participate after doing so last year. Both players played big roles with the Barracuda in the AHL last season, and will likely be in the mix for roster spots this fall at training camp.

The prospects will play in a scrimmage open to the public at the SAP Center on Thursday, July 6 at 7:00 PM. General admission tickets are $10, while a "Family 4-Pack" will cost $20, and proceeds will benefit the Sharks Foundation, according to the team's release.
