It's just about time for some San Jose Sharks hockey. Tonight, we'll get a look at some fresh faces as they take on the Anaheim Ducks at SAP Center.
If you were wondering if they'd experiment with Joe Thornton's linemates, you'll have to wait - per Paul Gackle, Joe Thornton will not be playing in any of this week's preseason games. Pete Deboer expressed earlier in the week that he sees no need to rush Thornton after his off-season surgery on his torn MCL and ACL.
With Thornton sitting out, Boedker, Couture, and Donskoi will be the top line and the main veteran presence in a very young squad.
