In the third period, the Sharks came back from a 3-1 deficit to get within a single goal, thanks to a tally from Evander Kane. The Sharks kept pressure on after Kane’s goal. With just under two minutes to go, there was a massive scramble of Sharks in front of the Vegas net, and Tomas Hertl banged home the tying goal.
