Sharks recall 14 players from Barracuda

This is completely normal and not at all confusing.

The Sharks just announced they will be recalling 14 players to their training camp.

These are, of course, 14 of the 15 players reassigned to the Barracuda on Sunday, minus Tim Clifton. Cavan Fitzgerald, Jeremy Roy, Vincent Praplan, Lukas Radil, Lukas Radil, Alex True, Jayden Halbgewachs and Antoine Bibeau are all on tonight’s roster against the Calgary Flames. The Sharks are flying into Calgary today and flying out immediately after, so the top players are staying home.

Late last week, Pete DeBoer had said the plan was to cut the camp roster down to “25 or 26 guys” by Monday. The roster is now 42 players and can be viewed here.
