After calling up 14 players yesterday morning, the Sharks have cut 15 players from their training camp. Two players will be assigned to their juniors clubs:

Sasha Chmelevski - F
Zachary Emond - G

The rest have been assigned to the Barracuda’s training camp:

Manuel Wiederer - F
Vincent Praplan - F
Alex True - F
Francis Perron - F
Maxim Letunov - F
Jayden Halbgewachs - F
Noah Gregor - F
Jonathon Martin - F
Jacob Middleton - D
Cavan Fitzgerald - D
Jeremy Roy - D
Kyle Wood - D
Keaton Middleton - D

Sasha Chmelevski appeared in his first preseason game last night, scoring one goal in their 7-5 loss to the Calgary Flames. It’s also interesting to note the Lukas Radil, who had previously been cut from the Sharks’ camp and recalled yesterday is not being sent back down with the rest of his teammates. Ryan Merkley is the only player with juniors eligibility left on the active roster.

The Sharks now have 27 players on their roster, which can be viewed here. They have two more preseason games to lock down the final roster before opening night,
