It’s the final game of the season against the Colorado Avalanche, and the San Jose Sharks have just win under their belt against the team who may well finish as the top of the West Division. The Sharks, meanwhile, have slipped down to seventh. Though losing games is hard, improving the team’s draft position is making the best of the rest of the season.

As for making the best out of the game that’s in front of them, they’re continuing to get reps in with younger players. Forward Sasha Chmelevski will get to see his third NHL game this season, while defender Nicolas Meloche will see his sixth.
