Game Twenty-Two Recap: Los Angeles Kings 2, San Jose Sharks 1
The most frustrating aspect of last night's game was how the old adage about hockey being a game of inches kept coming true. Especially in the first period. The puck or a stick just a couple of inches in a different spot, and the Sharks score. Ah well.
What's disturbing is the consistent inability to win after any kind of layoff. Is this coaching, or players? I have a hunch the answer is yes.
And now three nights off before the next game, also at home against the Kings. Here's hoping for something better.
