[Open Thread] Game Fifteen: Dallas Stars at San Jose Sharks

This game is as good as any to bemoan the unbalanced schedule.  Nothing against Dallas; great rivalry.  But do the Sharks and Stars need to play each other eight times a year?  Please let this be the last year for this arrangement.

In other news, bad news about Ryan Clowe, who's projected to be out for a minimum of two months with an ACL injury.  Ouch in more ways than one; the Sharks are now even more short-handed at left wing, and Clowe was a huge part of the team's grit in addition to his overall high level of play.  Wonder if Doug Wilson will pull the trigger on some kind of trade to try and fill the void.

I'll try to do some live-blogging from the game tonight, provided the wireless at the Tank isn't as excruciatingly slow as it was during the last home game.  Feel free to join in the fin fun!
