Since there’s basically nothing left to talk about as far as the Kings are concerned, let me throw this out there. Are the Sharks the new 49ers? I don’t mean the current sad sack of a team, but rather the Bill Walsh / Joe Montana / Steve Young era team. Back then, the season was defined in very simple terms: Super Bowl or bust. Should the Sharks be viewed the same way? Will anything short of a championship this season be a letdown? Just wondering what people are thinking.
