The Sharks continue road trippin’ tonight when they take the best away from home record in the NHL (actually they’re tied with Ottawa, but close enough) into St. Louis.

After a couple of seasons spent in the dreaded rebuilding mode, the Blues are beginning the process of rejoining the National Hockey League.  Having Paul Kariya on board certainly helps, as does having that legendary sharpshooter… Brad Boyes?  Seriously, he leads the team in goals with twenty-one.  Go figure.

Anyhoo, as to Los Tiburones they’ve sent Devin Setoguchi to Worchester in an attempt to break him out of his funk, namely one goal and one assist in the past fifteen games.  He’ll be back.  Other notes worth noting are that Craig Rivet won’t be suspended by the league as a result of the match penalty he shouldn’t have received in the last game against Los Angeles, and there are whispers that either tonight, tomorrow night in Nashville, or Monday night in Minnesota Dimitri Patzold will actually start a game in place of Evgeni Nabokov, making it the first time all season Nabby can take a nap when the first period starts.  Wonder if he remembers how to sit on the bench.
