Coyotes at Sharks: Lines, gamethread, and where to watch

The Arizona Coyotes are in the visitor’s locker room tonight with a brand new face among them. After days of speculation (in part due to the partners of his former New Jersey Devils teammates throwing him a goodbye party before any trade was announced), Taylor Hall has landed with the Coyotes, who come into tonight’s game against the San Jose Sharks at the top of the Pacific Division.

Hall will play alongside Phil Kessel and Christian Dvorak on the Coyotes’ top line, making this team — one that is finally reaping the rewards of trusting the process — all the scarier.

The Sharks, meanwhile, will be looking to get head coach Bob Boughner a second consecutive win. Though Antti Suomela was activated off the injured reserve earlier today, he is not expected to be in tonight’s line up. Joachim Blichfeld has been re-assigned to the San Jose Barracuda to make room, and Jacob Middleton has been recalled, likely as insurance for the defense while waiting on Radim Simek to make his return.
