San Jose Sharks fans will get to see close to an NHL lineup tonight when the Sharks play host to the Anaheim Ducks at SAP Center. From the sound of things, the Sharks will suit up Macklin Celebrini, Will Smith and Igor Chernyshov. We’re also getting our first looks at Darnell Nurse, Mason Marchment and Michael Kesselring in teal.
While I would guess that 95% of the roster is already set, the 7th defenseman position is up for grabs. It’s likely between Nolan Allan and Eric Pohlkamp, though we imagine that Allan gets the job just so Pohlkamp gets more experience in the AHL.
San Jose Sharks lines tonight
San Jose Hockey Now’s Sheng Peng reports that Alex Nedeljkovic will play the whole game tonight. While there’s no clear indication on what the lines will be, it looks like these will be the defensive pairings. Notice that Eric Pohlkamp and Nolan Allan are both getting serious looks.
We’re going with Bay Area News Group’s Curtis Pashelka’s best guesses for the forward lines for tonight.
My best guess at the #SJSharks lines.
