  • Apparently to prove there was no impropriety involved with the drawing, as if the fact that the Edmonton freaking Oilers won didn’t already decisively do so, the league has released captivating video of Gary Bettman instructing accountants to put lottery balls in a machine.   • Former Shark Andrew Desjardins scored his third career playoff goal and was a force on the cycle in his first ever postseason appearance with Chicago, leading the Blackhawks to a 4-2 win and 2-1 series lead over Nashville. [NBC Chicago]
  • After firing head coach Craig Berube on Friday, the Philadelphia Flyers are reportedly interested in tapping Todd McLellan as a replacement. The one snag, of course, is that McLellan still hasn’t been let go by the Sharks. [Working the Corners]
