How to watch today’s NHL playoff matchups & Game Thread

The NHL playoffs are in full swing, and there are four Game 4s on the schedule today.

To kick things off, the Tampa Bay Lightning will try and take a 3-1 series lead when they take on the Columbus Blue Jackets. Defenseman Victor Hedman scored the winner in the second period of Game 3, and the Bolts hung on to beat Columbus 3-2.

The second game of the day sees the underdog Arizona Coyotes try and even up their series against the Colorado Avalanche. Goaltender Darcy Kuemper was sensational in Game 3 making 49 saves to lead the Coyotes to a 4-2 win.

In the late afternoon matchup, the Boston Bruins will go for their second-straight win without starting goalie Tukka Rask, who elected to leave the bubble to be with his family before Game 3 against the Carolina Hurricanes. Jaroslav Halak got the nod in place of Rask and made 29 saves to help the Bruins to a 3-1 win.

To conclude the day’s action, the Vancouver Canucks will try to take a 3-1 series lead against the defending Stanley Cup champion St. Louis Blues.
