The San Jose Sharks have recalled center Rourke Chartier from their AHL affiliate, the San Jose Barracuda.
Chartier started the season with the Sharks and scored one goal in 13 games before being sent down to the AHL on November 17. While with the Barracuda, Chartier has eight points in eight games (2 goals, 6 assists).
This move comes the day after Finnish center Antti Suomela was reassigned to the AHL. Suomela also began the 2018 season with the Sharks. In 27 NHL games this season, Suomela totaled eight points (3 goals, 5 assists).
