Sharks at Kraken game 14: Lines, game thread and how to watch

After a good start to the season, the Seattle Kraken are one of the top teams in the Pacific Division. The Kraken (16 points) are third in the Pacific, but trail the Anaheim Ducks (17 points) and Vegas Golden Knights (17 points) by just a single point. The Kraken are 6-2-4 for the season and have an even goal differential — 33 goals for and 33 goals against.

Jordan Eberle and Jaden Schwartz share the team’s scoring lead with 10 points apiece. Eberle also leads the team with five goals. In the net, Joey Daccord has been doing the heavy lifting for the Kraken. He has all six of the team’s wins this season. Daccord has a 2.53 goals against average and a .910 save percentage. Behind him, Philipp Grubauer has made two starts and Matt Murray has made one start. Murray is expected to back up Daccord tonight.

San Jose Sharks lines tonight

The Sharks will be without William Eklund, who did not travel with the team. Adam Gaudette and Ryan Reaves are on the trip and Gaudette has been activated off of IR. Defenseman Nick Leddy is also on the trip. Unfortunately, Michael Misa is a game time decision according to the Bay Area News Group’s Curtis Pashelka after he left practice early.

The #SJSharks have activated Adam Gaudette from injured reserve, as expected.

Now it's a matter of whether Michael Misa will play tonight. Ryan Warsofsky told reporters that Misa is a game-time decision after he had to leave the ice during the team's morning skate in Seattle.

As a result, here’s what we think the lines will look like, but they could change depending on Misa’s availability. If Misa is unavailable, the Sharks will skate 11/7 with Vincent Desharnais skating as the 7th defenseman.
