Sharks sign Frazer McLaren

The fourth liner makes his return to the Sharks

Frazer McLaren will be returning to the Sharks:

In forty NHL games with the Sharks, McLaren scored 1 goal and 6 points (all of these came in his first season with the team.) He has spent the last 3 seasons in the Toronto Maple Leafs organization, where he was one of Randy Carlyle's favourites on the "truculent" fourth line (all you really need to know about McLaren is that he was one of Carlyle's favourites. Yikes).

You can find McLaren's advanced stats here. They are not great.

If nothing else, McLaren will give Mike Brown someone to talk to in the penalty box.

Update: It's a two way deal.
