Sharks vs. Canucks: Lines, gamethread and where to watch

The Sharks and Canucks face off at Rogers Centre for the first time this season at 7 p.m. PT as San Jose looks to get a winning streak going and Patrick Marleau seeks his 500th career goal. Expect the same lines as the Sharks dressed in Tuesday’s win against Chicago and yes, you can assume Martin Jones will get the start between the pipes.

Where to watch / listen in San Jose

CSN-California / KFOX 98.5

Today’s lines are courtesy of Friend of the Blog Kevin Kurz. The only line that ought strike fear in your heart is the top line of the Sedins + Loui Eriksson. Despite that solid combo, it’s Bo Horvat who leads the team in scoring. My hunch is that’s because that top group is routinely shut down by their opponent’s better top unit.

I expect no different tonight.
