Sharks vs. Kings Game 1: Brent Burns give Sharks short lived go ahead goal

This was a critical go ahead goal, I guess all of them are kind of like that, right? Brent Burns with his patented shot from the point needs to be a big factor this series and we were lucky enough to see it working. Glad to see it take effect in game one. Joel Ward also got his first assist of the series on this goal.

As Jake noted earlier, the game has been fluid and free flowing. Unfortunately for the Sharks, forty seconds later the boys in black came right on back with a goal of their own. If it is going to continue this way, we will be in for one hell of a series. We already knew that, didn’t we?

Buckle up. This is going to be a back and forth affair.
