Sharks vs. Kings Game 4 Lines: No changes for San Jose

After the Sharks‘ game three loss to the Kings, the one change I thought certain to come was Dainius Zubrus entering for Nick Spaling. That change didn’t happen, nor did any other lineup tweaks as head coach Peter DeBoer has decided to roll with the same lines that brought San Jose wins in games one and two.

Zubrus for Spaling isn’t a preference decided by one poor game — it just seems that the Sharks are a better team with Zubrus in the lineup and Spaling in the press box. The fourth line playing a terrible game on Monday night only helped drive the point home.

Nick Shore draws back into the lineup for the Kings and, at least for now, Dwight King is back on the top line with Anze Kopitar. Darryl Sutter likes to mix his lines up a bit, so what we’ll actually see tonight might not be all that well reflected in these projected lines.
