Sharks will appear on NBCSN eleven times in 2015-16

For the second straight season the San Jose Sharks, once rarely featured on the NHL’s national broadcast schedule, will make more than ten appearances on NBC Sports Network. Beginning with the season opener on October 7th in Los Angeles, the Sharks will be on NBCSN eleven times next season, although some of those will be non-exclusive broadcasts in which markets outside the Bay Area will receive a simulcast of the CSN California feed.

In addition to the opener against the Kings, the Sharks will appear on NBCSN when they host Nashville on October 28th, Chicago on November 25th and Pittsburgh on December 1st. The second of three nationally-televised matchups with the Kings takes place on December 22nd in Los Angeles, followed by home games against Philadelphia on December 30th and Colorado on January 26th that are also slated to be carried by NBCSN. Consecutive games in St. Louis and Colorado will be on NBCSN February 22nd and 24th while home dates against Boston and L.A. in March round out the schedule.

Here’s the full press release with a list of all 105 regular season games on NBC and NBCSN in 2015-16.
