The Sharks won their sixth home game on Thursday after posting a less than stellar record at SAP Center over the regular season. Joe Thornton talked about having home-ice advantage to NBC Sports after the Sharks 3-0 win against the Blues.
Jumbo, who had two points and is featured on this amazing t-shirt, also talked about his linemates. The three have accounted for 38 points in 15 games and have absolutely dominated against all comers this postseason.
On the defensive end, Martin Jones gave credit to the defense playing in front of him with the same resolute calmness we’ve seen from him all season. After the Sharks’ game two win he was asked what changed between the first and second contests. He said basically the same thing the rest of us were saying: nothing. The Sharks love their game right now and it’s hard to disagree.
