Game Seventy-Nine Wrapup: San Jose Sharks 3, Phoenix Coyotes 1

It’s a sweet thing indeed to know on a night when the prime operative for Los Tiburones was “hey — let’s try this,” the team still has more than enough to secure a win. I’m pretty sure for one shift the line combo was Joe Thornton, SJ Sharkie, and the guy who plays guitar in front of the Colliers building before and after home games. They got a shot off.

Anyway, pretty much nothing left to do the rest of the season except rest some people and idly speculate on who’ll be the Sharks first round opponent. A nice place to be.
