Golden Knights at Sharks (game 55): Lines, game thread and how to watch

It’s a day game for the Sharks, who play host to the Vegas Golden Knights. This is the final game of the season series between the two teams. Vegas is going for the clean sweep, having won all three games prior to this. The first win happened on opening night on Oct. 12 with a 4-1 victory. Then on Nov. 10, it was a 5-0 Vegas win. A month later on Dec. 10, the Sharks pushed things to overtime, but still fell 5-4 to Vegas.

This is a tough game for Sharks fans. Vegas, as of late, is the team’s most hated rival so you want a win and a big one. However, San Jose has been climbing up the ranks in the NHL, so a win puts the team that much further from that number one overall pick in the draft.

Here at Fear the Fin, F*** Vegas dominates always so we’re rooting for a humiliating defeat of the Golden Knights. The tank be damned.

The Golden Knights are 6-3-1 in the team’s last 10 games. While the defending champs are destined for the playoffs once again, where the team finishes is anyone’s guess. As of now, Vegas could finish anywhere from second in the Pacific Division to a wild card spot. Wouldn’t it be fun to see Vegas fall down in the standings?
